Working on the evolution of the 4G Small Cells, which includes Advance LTE/ LTE/ WiFi Pico and FEMTO Cell integration to build a complete customized ecosystem for the carriers.

Ø      Product Development: Major contributor to Product Development Life-Cycle, including Market and Product Requirement Evaluation to Vendor offering qualification and selection of vendors for HW and SW platforms as well as a driving force to help the development teams to come up with the Radio Resource Manager, SON based EMS and full-fledged OAM module developments for a full-fledged Small cell (Picocell) based 4G LTE Ecosystem.

Ø      Carrier and Customer Pre and Post-Sales support and Acceptance Management: Fully responsible for pre and post-sales support from Engineering.
